What you'll do

  • Plan, control and execute complex IT projects from initiation to successful completion
  • Build and manage project organisations, leading sub‑project managers, teams, service providers and implementation partners
  • Create and maintain integrated project plans, managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and quality
  • Ensure structured implementation including testing, data migration, cut‑over, go‑live, hypercare and hand‑over to operations
  • Manage scope, change, risk and escalation processes and drive necessary decisions
  • Report to management, project committees, business units and international project participants
  • Apply classic PMI project‑management methods and, where appropriate, agile methods
  • Support methodological development of project teams and ensure uniform project, quality and reporting standards

What you'll need

Must have

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT‑Projekte oder Programme, idealerweise in internationalen Industrieunternehmen
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden nach PMI; PMA‑ oder PMP‑Zertifizierung bevorzugt
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen, Budgets, Risiken, Qualität und Stakeholdern
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (je nach Projekterfordernis)
