What you'll do
- Collect, evaluate and record business and functional specifications
- Produce Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents and process diagrams
- Conduct gap assessments and identify improvement opportunities
- Map processes, analyse workflows and create detailed business documentation
- Collaborate with development, testing and support teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing, monitor defect logs and validate solutions
- Lead workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions
What you'll need
Must have
- Proven background in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow evaluation and related documentation
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Practical experience using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall project frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
- Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA or comparable tools
Nice to have
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) environments
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting utilities
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA or Agile Business Analysis
