What you'll do
- Deliver project work, BAU tasks and security/compliance activities, with most time on projects
- Engage directly with clients to design and implement fit‑for‑purpose solutions
- Own projects end‑to‑end and maintain documentation following ITIL processes
- Design, implement and support solutions across Azure, networking, Windows, M365 and security
- Contribute to security and compliance activities in client environments
- Act as a senior technical escalation point when required
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider supporting, designing and developing hybrid and cloud environments
- Experience implementing solutions in Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep)
- Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
- Solid server and networking background
- Ability to articulate and position solutions to clients
