What you'll do

• Develop AI solutions and agentic workflows to support requirements engineering, specification and software integration
• Design and implement AI‑based services for analyzing documentation, corporate data and existing IT systems
• Build production‑ready AI solutions using modern agentic AI techniques such as tool calling, MCP, retrieval and workflow orchestration
• Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, and continuously optimise AI services and integrations
• Collaborate with business units to identify and implement AI use cases

What you'll need

Must have

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Software Engineering
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit C#
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Large Language Models (LLMs) und generativer KI sowie deren Integration über APIs
• Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung agentischer KI‑Systeme (Tool Calling, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, Workflow‑Orchestrierung, Multi‑Step‑Prozesse)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud‑Plattformen, Container‑Technologien (z. B. Docker) sowie CI/CD‑Prozessen
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

• Erfahrung mit C++, Rust oder Java
• Erfahrung in Python oder Typescript
• Erfahrung mit Agent‑Frameworks wie CoPilot, Claude, Kimi oder vergleichbaren Technologien
