What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Client & Core Systems department
• Ensure availability, stability, security and quality of Workplace, Client, Identity, Collaboration and Core services
• Define and evolve technical direction, target architectures, standards and operating models
• Prioritise initiatives, manage resources and capacities, maintain sustainable service quality
• Make technical decisions and act as sparring partner on complex architecture and infrastructure topics
• Drive standardisation, automation and lifecycle management to reduce complexity and increase scalability
• Collaborate with Information Security and implement relevant security requirements
• Coordinate with other IT areas, international teams and sites

What you'll need

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 5+ Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT, vorzugsweise im Bereich Client & Core IT
• Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Microsoft-Umgebungen, insbesondere Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Exchange, Teams sowie Client‑ und Device‑Management
• Erfahrung in der Führung, Entwicklung und Organisation eines IT‑Teams sowie in der Steuerung von Verantwortlichkeiten, Prioritäten und Ressourcen
• Erfahrung mit IT‑Security, Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Lifecycle Management
• Fähigkeit, operative Stabilität mit technischer und organisatorischer Weiterentwicklung zu verbinden
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Hands‑on‑Mentalität
